My name is Jenna Hampton, and I am a trainee psychotherapist in integrative counselling and psychotherapy, currently in the final stages of my Master’s degree.

I bring over 20 years of personal and professional experience working with older adults and adults living with physical disabilities and long-term illness, as well as those who support them. This work has given me a deep understanding of the evolving and often complex relationships people have with themselves and others across different stages of life.

My approach is compassionate, respectful, and grounded, shaped by extensive experience supporting individuals through emotional and relational challenges.

I work online, or face to face at a space in Worcester city centre, with easy access to public transport and local amenities.

My Approach

I work integratively, drawing on Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing our work to unfold in a way that feels right for you. Together, we can explore experiences with curiosity and care, using both insight and practical tools to support meaningful change.
